12-Month Commitment: Memberships require a 12-month minimum term and will automatically renew on a monthly basis thereafter unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.

Automatic Billing: Your monthly membership fee will be automatically drafted from the card on file each billing cycle.

Member Exclusivity: Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the member listed on the account.

Pausing Your Membership: Memberships may be paused once during the 12-month term for up to 30 days, with advance notice and management approval.

Early Cancellation: Early cancellation before the 12-month term results in a $150 early termination fee or the repayment of any discounts used, whichever is greater. To cancel, a 30-day written notice is required before the next billing cycle.
